IPhone Issues
I have called several times over the last two months regarding my ipad and iphone bill pay issues. They are aware, but have still not solved the problem. I travel a great deal, so this makes me unable to pay bills remotely.
Buggy app and website
I cant log into the app or online. When i enter my info it takes me to the authentication page where it asks a security question , but doesnt let me type anything. So now if i want to know my balance i have to go all the way to the atm
Will not open
Since the update a few days ago, the app will not open to the sign in screen. Can’t log in.
