Picture this: You used to check your bank balance with the ease of ordering a pizza. But now? It's like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. This app, once the shining beacon of simplicity, has taken a detour into the realm of confusion. Remember when scrolling through your accounts didn't feel like navigating a minefield? Now, it's a game of "click if you dare" where every accidental tap opens a Pandora's box of financial mysteries you never asked for. It's like the app is playing hide-and-seek with your sanity. And don't even get me started on the parallels to the US banks app – the gold standard of "what not to do." If this app keeps heading down this path, it might as well start charging admission for the headache it's causing. Sure, change is good, but whoever thought this was an upgrade must have mistaken their phone for a magic eight ball. I'm all for progress, but let's aim for better, not "butter fingers trying to navigate a touchscreen" worse. Time to start exploring banking apps that haven't traded user-friendliness for a circus of accidental taps and swipes.

It used to be so simple to see how much you spend and how much you put in your account, as well as easy to transfer. It was easy to see if payments were pending and what not. Now everything is way confusing and doesn’t make any sense. It’s cool that there’s stuff you can do now that you couldn’t before, but it’s dumb that they changed the rest of the app. I absolutely hate it and I preferred the simple, straight forward version. Not even going to mess with any of the new features because it’s all too confusing.

They should switch back to the old app. This new app is not at all user friendly. I used to be able to log in within seconds now it takes at least 5 minutes if I’m lucky. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to easily manage your money. This is bar far the worst app I have EVER used!!
