A bank you can count on

The app is so easy to use and u dont need to go directly to the bank to do transaction. The only bank who never ask to pay the minimum payment during this period of time that you need help. Definitely will open a checking account on them.

Glitchy app along with a glitchy customer service.

It need an system update, sometimes I log on and then tells me there was an error in big letters and right underneath in little letters it’s says “SUCCESS”. The old version would tell you what’s pending, now it’s doesn’t at all, and I also had a problem with the text alerts cause the system would spam me, I only need one text a day and then I get four each minute. So annoying, oh I emailed about it over a week ago, NO RESPONSE!! So I give the app and the kind of customer service I’ve gotten from your company, very disappointed that I doubt someone would ever reply to my feedback about your app. Don’t worry I am planning on switching to citi bank in the near future :)
UPDATE: the service is disrespectful not professional, they emailed me back calling me “Starbucksgirl” and they said (we like Starbucks too)that isn’t my real name and they need to be professional and not play around on their job which involves peoples money which is a serious subject in the world. They also asked me to go through the trouble of sending them information, NO as a customer I have already sent an email prior to this review with NO RESPONSE!! So you guys have to do your jobs that we pay you to do, your job is to serve the public if you demand we serve you then you clearly don’t know how to do your job and why do you have it anyways? Oh just call people other names besides their own!! Haha I’d give you guys zero stars but they only allow one.

Almost perfect, but

I use this app a lot to do basic transactions, deposit checks, look at balances, move money, obtain statements, etc. Overall I’m very pleased. It’s improved over the years. One thing I wish I could do is easily deposit a check without opening it’s companion deposit app. The companion app works well, so don’t get me wrong, but other banks have “all in one” apps which incorporate deposits, so I’m. It sure why this one doesn’t. Overall, great job on this app!
