Computes RMSSD from beat-to-beat intervals, tracks a rolling 7-day baseline, and shows your recovery status (normal / slightly low / significantly low). When HRV drops significantly, the server automatically recomputes training load and adjusts remaining workouts for the week.
- Mobility & Drills: Complete mobility and drills routines directly on Apple Watch with auto-advancing timers, bilateral movement support, and circuit tracking
- Zone Score: Post-run summary now shows your zone score — percentage of work time spent in the target HR zone
- Auto-Pause: Runs auto-pause when motion stops; mobility and drills have manual pause/resume
