Unable to set the correct start date and language issues

I started the diet two days before using the app. The app won’t allow me to set the correct start date two days in the past. I tried to report this issue to the developer but I can’t access his support site. This is why I am reporting it in the review section. Also some of the text is in German. We need fully translated text if this app is intended for the English speaking community.
