Description

The 211 Wisconsin Network provides Community Information and Referral Services to citizens of the State of Wisconsin. 2-1-1 is a phone prefix that people in need can call 24x7 to get help and find resources.

Historically, people who utilized 211 have contacted call center staff 24x7 by phone, where they would interact with a Community Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS). The 211 Wisconsin App was created to place resource information directly into the hands of our clients. It has been designed to be intuitive and easily accessible by mobile device, utilizing client zip code or geolocation of their device to map the closest resources near them.

Love It

As a long time user of 211, having the resources in my hand is so incredibly useful especially for the map to find food pantries. The only improvement I could see is if it were offered in Spanish.
