Talk to a health care provider – Within minutes, a provider reviews your medical history and contacts you via phone or video. 24/7 Care consults have no time limit; you can speak to the provider for as long as you’d like.

Pick up prescription – The provider discusses the issue with you, answers any questions and recommends next steps. If medically necessary, a prescription can be submitted to a local pharmacy of your choice.

Highly recommended

My wife and I have used this several times. In case you’re apprehensive, you can use audio only, if you prefer. It’s best to create your profile on the app BEFORE you need to see a provider. (It’s not very convenient to do that when you are feeling terrible.) We’ve been very pleased with response time, “bedside manner”, and quality of care. On our last visit, the provider even saw both of us during the same call!

Extremely fast

I requested a visit around 3pm while I was at work and was called back within 2 minutes. The provider explained everything in a way I could understand and was very very nice. They sent my prescription right to my pharmacy and I picked it up on my way home. I will definitely use this service again!

Easy and fast

Procrastinated on reordering insulin and went dry one day before the shipment came in. Had a phone call back 10 min after visiting the app and was in the drive through picking it up 30 minutes later. On a Sunday.
