Description
Welcome to the 2638 Scouting App! This app is specially designed for use by FRC Team 2638 to scout; however, anyone is welcome to use this app! 2638 Scout replaces the old scouting sheet and makes it easy to scout matches by simply pressing buttons. You can then save and export data from each match scanning a QR code, so everything works 100% offline! From there you can manage the data however you like.
2638 Scout also comes with a handy "Recorded" tab which allows you to see your past matches and re-export them if necessary.
The app is currently designed to work with the 2024 FRC game, Crescendo, but will be updated and redesigned for each game in years to come!

This app was a major help to my team at competition. The readable summaries on each team allowed us to prepare for qualification matches and playoffs like we have never been able to do before.

Dont update
The app erased valuable existing scouting data after automatic update. Write your scouting data manually if you don't want to lose it.

We’re really sorry about this, it was an oversight on our end and we sincerely apologize. Going forward, we will make sure the app keeps the old data in a CSV format that you can download after an update. Unfortunately, at this time it is very difficult to migrate the data after the scouting form structure changes, so we hope the CSV format is an acceptable alternative.
As an FRC team ourselves, we understand how much this affected your team, and we have learned from this mistake. Again, we are very sorry.
