I enjoy this game, but they need to add just a bit more to do

I like the game, but just campaigning and trying to get interest groups gets slightly old. What they need to add is debating, and I believe there is an easy way to do it. Every few turns, a debate occurs. Then, each player should have an option of picking between 3-4 different topics where you are targeting a random group, whether it be a national or state group or interest. For a state group, it could boost all of the states that have that state group either 1 or 2 or even 3 levels randomly, showing how in debates some people do better than others. For National groupings, it would just boost up that national group a certain amount randomly like for the state groups. Of course, if 2 people move up levels and hit the same level, they can move back down again.

This type of debating could happen every few turns for instance. This is just one type of idea to do debating that would add a bit more strategy or luck.

Bugs from update and game has turned pay to play

I love this game. When I first discovered it myself and a few people who live in my compound downloaded this game and played each other for days. We still do occasionally, I bought JFK to beat one friend but still haven’t. After this new update I can’t finish a single game at the election part it glitches out and the game is over and I have to reboot the app.
It really bothers me because I paid for a candidate and I’m sure a lot of people do, so I want to continue to use them.
Another important thing that needs to be noted is the long awaited “Primary mode” that was just released, for 50 cents you can play a glitches broken game called primary mode for a couple minutes. That’s just one game. You don’t “own” primary mode after that. Once a game is up you will have to PAY TO PLAY another game. Such a ridiculous rip off clearly targeted at young kids interested in politics with access to their parents credit cards. Unfortunately, that is not the majority of your user base and the majority of your subscribers will be leaving unless you can fix aforementioned issues. I honestly hope things do change for the better of the users, so you can stay in business, so I can enjoy running for President I’m 270 again, and so I can change this to a positive review.
Thanks for your time.
I hope this helps everyone understand the issues with this game.

Good Game, Glitches too Much

This is by far the best electoral college/ political game there is. It is all strategy and everyone starts out equal. However, they need to work on freezes and glitches after a player drops out. Too often, after a player forfeits, the game freezes and it says the other players also haven’t spent any money and they eventually forfeit, even though they actually use their turn. The game eventually ends before it is supposed to.

The developers also need to update the game more consistently and update the state groups. They should come up with special limited time modes.

Another thing they could do is align the game with the current political structure, so a Democratic candidate has a tougher time winning Conservative states like Texas, Alabama and Tennessee, and vice versa. Republican candidates could have a tougher time winning Oregon, Massachusetts and California.

Also, it seems as if the updates aren’t working. The last few updates say the same thing even though the new mode has been out for over a month. The developers need to read more helpful comments and actually work on further developing the game.

Overall, this is a great strategy game and I enjoy playing it. It is similar to RISK and If they can fix the glitches, it would be even better.
