Description

2nd STREET began in Japan in 1996. From our first store in Kagawa, we have grown to a current roster of over 700 locations. In 2018, our first 2nd STREET USA store opened on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. 2nd STREET USA is now found on 10 of the top shopping streets in California, New York and Oregon, with 3 new locations to come in 2022.

We buy trend items from our customers and resell in-store and our eShop. At 2nd STREET USA, we offer a huge selection of styles from street wear to vintage to Japanese designer and luxury accessories. Explore our deep selections and find one-of-a-kind special pieces. Since we buy items everyday and regularly receive new inventory from Japan, you can always discover new pieces to keep you on-trend.

App crashes/lack of filters

I’d rather just view on safari. The app crashes if you scroll longer than 5 minutes and you can’t filter out “sold items”. Makes shopping difficult.

Oh man… The user experience is bad.

I'm not sure if they just hired a 14 year old kid with some type of bootstrap UI kit that started changing random type styles for different elements but let alone that with lack of contrast not even meeting WCAG compliance, insane inconsistency in font weights, spacing, and so on…

Even heading into the most popular categories like t-shirts or sweatshirts, the filters tell you that it’s not even applicable for the pages WHILE you gives you a button for it, and if it is it's for maybe only a price range.

Images are so low resolution, hard to really see quality. Overall very buggy. Instantly taking my money elsewhere. It’s a shame. But looks like the right decision based on the other reviews too.

STAY AWAY

Nothing like the Japanese counterpart. Every single order is flagged for “security issues” or “voided for fraud.” If I use the same form of payment to make a purchase multiple times, and I even clear it through my debit card, and multiple credit cards in an attempt buy something it shouldn’t be marked as fraud every single time. Lost out on several pieces I was interested in but you all lost out on a customer 🤷‍♂️ If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would. Complete joke.
