Feel so good, hard to go back

I finished the three day cleanse yesterday. The first day felt great and the food was amazing.

The second day, I hit a wall probably because my body wasn't prepared for the change. I ate pretty clean before the cleanse, with the exception of chocolate covered peanut indulgence. Food on day 2 was amazing as well!

The third day, I added flax seed to help "eliminate" the yucky feeling. Read that your not truly detoxing unless you're doing just that. The flax helped with elimination thank goodness!

I also took a very hot bath and rebounded. The result? I feel so much more energized after this cleanse, someone mentioned my skin looked really good (clearer/more color), I crave most of the recipes, and when I ate the chocolate covered peanuts the fourth night, they actually tasted not very good.

I am going back for the sugar free cleanse and plan to start on day 5.

Overall, recipes are delicious and easy to make, the app was extremely easy to follow, and app content was motivating, so five stars all around.

If the owners are reading this, they should create a plan targeted for women. Women's bodies are different than men's. One difference being that women hold onto yeast a little more easily due to our chemical makeup. Tailoring a cleanse for women would help us reduce inflammation experienced by eating things like certain fruits. And it might be easier for weigh loss 😄

Really Nice & Easy To Use

Okay so this app is great. It includes 3 days of delicious recipes for a quick detox and system reboot. The only thing is some of the recipes and breakdown of why the ingredient matter don't make all the sense in the world. A description of one of the soups talked about beets, when no beets were actually used - so that was a little weird, but easy to get over. I made the rosemary cauliflower and leek soup and didn't put it in a good processor but still it was so perfectly healthy and delicious, even my picky roommates loved it and I had to go to the store so I could make more! 😁👍🏻 Also the raspberry chocochia breakfast was surprisingly awesome.

Doing it twice

I eat very healthy already, but I joined a friend in doing this because I knew he needed the support. Recipes are interesting, although I altered slightly. Do this with a spouse, roommate, or friend and split the ingredients. You don't need a whole cauliflower or bag of celery for one person. We went to the store together and then we split everything in half. I cooked the soups and we split them. It worked very well and it was fun to share the experience with somebody else. We both have lost weight and we are doing it for a second round since we have so much ingredients to use up. I am now hooked on the idea of starting my day with a smoothie. Adding the parsley to the smoothie was a fantastic flavor and I never would've done this. I will continue to eat the porridge made out of Chia and hemp seeds. The soups needed a little alteration to make them taste year, but the basic idea is fine.
