3 Letter CVC Words Formation Ratings and Reviews

English as a second language…

…is what you’ll learn here. The consonants are not pronounced correctly for American English but perhaps in India, this would work. I like the idea of the app but it would teach the wrong consonant sounds for Western English.

You need better argument than eastern and western English comparison. We consider such comments into racist category. Children often adapts different styles and accents but that doesn’t limit their learning ability. Demo was provided so you could make a purchase decision. Learn to appreciate things in your life.

Phonics are taught like this where letters are spoken with initial sounds. It is a common practice in schools. Kindly Google it to learn more about it.

Letters are pronounced incorrectly

I like the concept of the app, but the child sounding out the letters isn’t sounding them out correctly. She or he is making a ‘d’ sound with the letter ‘r.’ They’re also making ‘d’ sound with the letter ‘t.’ It seems as though English is a second language for the child sounding out the words and letters. If I’m having my children practice letter sounds through this app and they’re practicing them incorrectly, it defeats the purpose. Also…the half naked fat guy illustration for ‘fat’ is a little inappropriate.

Phonic sounds were a bit unexpectedly different when the sound was recorded and amplified. The R you are complaining is among those few.

The main idea is to use the app as a learning aid for parents and teachers. Provide suitable words with pictures. Getting the maximum suitable words are itself a challenge.

We also didn’t like the fat guy picture but at the moment we couldn’t come up with anything better. We’d surely update it.

Request for features

I am writing a detailed email as a feature request for this app. This app is just going in good direction but there’s plenty of room for improvement.

Word formation like never before

I’ve used many apps for word formation but this one has it’s own class. The traditional cvc words helps a lot in understanding word formation. I’m very glad to see it as an app.

Great app but too much ads

I rarely see good educational apps that are available on one time purchase but this one is producing too many ads. I couldn’t even evaluate it with free of mind.

We want it for our school

We want to install this app in our school but we have no idea how to stop the ads. Please help.

That’s one cool app to teach word formation to all kindergarten kids. I have a six years boy and four years daughter and both loves the app.

Not appearing on my iPad 2

Love this app but this app is not appearing on my iPad 2 but showing it on my iPhone 8. What could be the reason?
