  • Not worth paying for the subscription

When I first downloaded this app I liked it a lot and when my free week trial was over I decided to pay for the subscription and unfortunately it has not been worth the money. I started using this app a month and a half ago and no new meditations have been added. Since the meditations are only 3 minutes long and most days I want to meditate longer, I have already gone through most of them some even several times and they don’t work for me anymore. I haven’t used this app in two weeks, I’ve been doing my own meditation or I find a different source. I still gave this app 4 stars because it did help lay a basic foundation on meditating. I never meditated before and this app has giving me good techniques that I still use when I meditate myself. However that is also something that you can get online for free. My suggestion to the developers is to make sure to add new meditations more frequent. I also suggest some meditations that are longer than 3 minutes. There is a lot of free information online about meditating so make sure to give your app something special to justify the price.

  • I love this!

I've been looking for a while to find an app that has different breathing patterns/regimes that you can use with your Apple Watch and get haptic feedback to know when to go to the next stage of breathing. This app does all that, plus it has a lot of other great features for focusing and being mindful (as the title would suggest). The best part is that I couldn't get it to work right at first, so I contacted the developer and heard back the same day. He pushed out a fix the very next day, and I've asked him about some other things and he's always quick to get back and help me out. I love when apps have good support! This one's on my home page now!

  • My favorite!

I've tried a lot of meditation apps over time, but most charge more to get less. 3 Minute Mindfulness is great because only the more advanced features require payment- but the wonderful basic meditations are free and available. My other favorite thing about it is that they are all highly customizable. Hate that sound effect? Change it. Want more time? Add it. It's definitely my go-to in high stress situations where I literally only have 3 minutes in the bathroom, as well as when I can luxuriate and enjoy a whole 30 minutes. Thank you 3 Minute Mindfulness! I recommend it to all my friends.

  • Breathing app for asthma

I had looked at many apps for mindfulness, but didn't really stick with one because they wanted a membership to really use it. I liked that this one doesn't have that, and it was a reasonable fee to get it all. The number one reason I am sticking with this one is the pure breathing exercises. I had read recently that doing breathing exercises can help with symptoms. While I am still working on keeping up on using it, I do feel it has helped in at least helping me take the chance to deeply clear out my lungs. No attacks while doing the square breathing, which I think helps the most.

  • Very helpful and short

So the last thing you want to do when you're stressed or overwhelmed is take time to do a 15 or 20 minute deal...even if that's what you really need. This 3-5 minutes is awesome and walking me through it is exactly what I need right now. And them sending you reminders throughout the day to breathe and reflect is also extremely helpful. An ounce of prevention... I've also asked my son to start doing it. The ONLY thing is I wish you could text the top tips to yourself instead of email...i.e if there could be a choice instead of just emailing. Superbly done!

I really appreciate the simplicity and practicality of this app. As a busy mother to lots of young children I don't always have a lot of time. Three minute sessions are just right for me! Sometimes all I have time to do is open the app and read the daily mindfulness quote that greets me. The three reminders that pop up as notifications throughout the day are simple enough for me to be able to actually do them and bring some calm that is typically much needed. I like that the app tracks sessions automatically and that it syncs with other health apps already on my phone. A great app for bringing mindfulness into our busy lives.
