Some days 3 minutes is all I have for me. There is no better way to start my mind thinking and praising God for all the good he has done in my life. -Jackie
More often than not, they seem to have been written just for me, where I am, right now! - Anne
I love the 3-Minute Retreat because it centers my day on what is true, real, and life-giving. - Derrell
No matter what time of day I read it...it is the best 3 minutes of my day. - Adela
I have the 3-Minute Retreat app and it’s a great way to slow down, reflect on something deeper, and prepare for the day before delving into the emails and tasks of the day. The app is incredibly handy with lovely graphics and music to transport you. Kamaria It is a little oasis of peace in my day – a chance to rejoice in the silence and refresh the heart and the soul. - Angela
I think this is a wonderful app and I am grateful for it! However, I wish the passage used could connect to one of the readings of the day. After focusing on those with the other reflections I read and hear, it feels disconnected when I come to this one. Thank you for considering this!
Best 3 minute start of the day
Discerning Servant
This app is a wonderful way to start the day. After a brief morning prayer giving God the first moments of the day. Then spend 3 minutes (or long) in quiet reflection and reverence of our awesome God and his eternal, inexhaustible love and mercy for each of us. This app could not be easier to use with an intuitive interface, short yet provoking reflections/questions, various types of music choices and peaceful images. Try this free app every morning for a week and let This 3 minute search for God change you and your day. If it's not for you there are limitless ways to start you day with God. Thank you and may God continue to bless the developers of this app.
Lovely app!!!

I love the music and the prayers and the short thoughts that go with it. I like to sit after praying and go on this app and read the retreat then the music helps me sit and try to listen for Gods voice. The music is really beautiful. The pictures are nice too. Thank you for this app. I'm sorry for whoever complains about this app because it is free, and there are no ads. Just what it says it is .. a 3 minute retreat, and I like to sit and listen to the music longer and read from the Bible, so can be as many minutes as you wish. So thank you again to the makers of this app and may God bless.
“Daily Reading??”
RCIAgal
I used this resource for several years, then finally became somewhat frustrated by the fact that it doesn’t use the daily readings from the liturgical year calendar. These are the readings we hear at daily and Sunday Mass. Why not? How difficult can it be to fix this? I inquired about this a few years ago and never received a reply. The fact that we get through nearly the entire Bible over the course of three years(A, B, and C) is surprising to many of our Protestant sisters and brothers. Help us out here and use the true “daily readings.” Thank you. Debbie
This new version includes updates such as a new settings menu, improved font sizes, improved audio, and a daily reminder.
