Almost there

I bought the 3+Pro just to keep track of my steps and activity levels because my doctors didn’t think I was moving. It does so much more, which is great! I especially love the water resistance so I don’t have to keep taking it off every time I wash dishes😊. There are only two things I would like to see updates or changed in order for this to be a complete 5 star rating review: once you input your initial sign up weight, there isn’t a daily weigh-in option. I realize this is more about fitness but there are those that track that information together. You can edit it in your profile, but it won’t keep a graphic record of progress. That would be helpful. Especially when determining what work out or activity seemed to be a little more effective for the results one is looking for. The second thing is there is no actual sleep option. The unit apparently tracks your sleep but there is no way to put the unit to sleep. It’s a little annoying having the thing “wink” at me in the middle of the night when I need to go to the bathroom. Other than that, I am happy with it. 👍🏻

Horrible customer service

I’ve had the watch for over a year, I e never had an issue. Then the battery life started to deplete. The watch app settings for the face of the watch just stopped working. I can no longer change the face to my watch. I always enjoyed personalizing my watch to my liking. After reaching out to customer service I explained the situation. They provided me with trouble shooting steps and I followed them all. Nothing worked. They offered no other solutions and did not care that I e been a customer using their app and watch for a while. All they had to do was provide with a small discount on a new one or replace the broken one and they would have had a consistent loyal customer, and I would of write a great reveiw. Unfortunately they do not k ow how to run a business. Lost me as a customer and will receive negative fees back now, and if I ever see there products on any social media platform. This brand and customer service support is the worst of the worst. I bought an Apple Watch and it is by far so much better. It’s actually great. And the Apple customer support team is one of the best teams I ever dealt with. I use Apple iPhone and have had problems and they stuck with me u till the issue was resolved. Go Apple! 3Plus watch: learn from Apple. You’ll customer service is horrendous!

Only one problem

I love this watch/app super affordable, cute, you can buy different bands for it, make the watch face a pic from your camera roll, it’s just so customizable I love it! The only issue I’m having is the app does not add my steps,calories, active minutes correctly. For example, if I log a workout the home page of the app will not add my previous steps/calories to my logged workout correctly. I have been screenshotting before a workout then add the cals burned from my logged workout so I can add the correct numbers together myself to get my overall cals burned for the day. Hope that makes sense haha still a great product for those who can’t afford Apple Watches!
