Helpful- wish it counted down.

Only wish the goal number of squares counted down, but perhaps with the capacity to pause if necessary rather than starting over. Also, maybe allow the user to slow down the tempo of the graphic (which I love). Graphic is motivating and constantly reminding me how to squat correctly.

Good idea but not for true beginners

The idea for this app is really good but for the different workouts there are, the reps go up significantly everyday. For example for the beginner for an workouts, it’s says you’ll need to be able to do a 2 min, 45 sec plank by only day 30 and it increases everyday with breaks every four days. I personally feel that some people that are truly new to working out would not be able to increase that fast or that much in such a small amount or time. I would love this app so much more if the reps increased at a slightly lower rate.

This is an awesome fitness app. Easy workouts you can do right at home with nothing but your phone and the downloaded app. These at home workouts are really easy with just the right amount of challenge. After I did the 30 day ab workout, I was close to getting abs but not there yet, so I did it again and here I am. Solid abs of steel. I would really recommend. Best app ever
