Cool little app
This is really cool! Easy to use. Just did my first day and really like how simple it is and that is counts for you and let's you know if your going deep enough in your squat.
Totally going to try the sit up a push up apps too!

Just what I needed!
After hip and knee replacements, I needed something to help keep me on track after my PT ended. This squats app has been great! My quads have a good, tight feel when I'm done. And I'm seeing progress when I bring out the tape measure, too! 🌵
