Okay but two complaints.

The app works as advertised in that it provides discounts on purchases and it allows you to track how much you have spent and how much you have left in your account. However, I have two issues that I think need resolved:

1. The app randomly logs you out for no reason. You can use it one day and the next day you have to remember your user name and password to get back into it. It’s time consuming. Either fix the issue or allow for biometric logins (ie Face ID)

2. To combat #1 and not need to log into the app, it would be nice if the add to Apple Wallet feature worked in the settings page. Sadly, it does not. I have been getting errors for months when I try to add it. The app has the feature built in but it does not work. Even after new versions with bug fixes, it still doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work; our work cafe’s loss for choosing 365Pay!!

The food court cafe for my company used Edify; never had a single issue. This year they switched to this app but the registration process is poorly designed/implemented and does not work.

365Pay wants to verify my email, but the verification link in the email is integrated with their website instead of their mobile app, and so from the email it opens their website instead. Their website it’s not smart enough to know I’ve already downloaded and attempting the registration from their mobile app so it sends me to the App Store. When I switch back to the app, it tells me something went wrong and to try again. Now when I try to register again it says it’s sending the link but I never get the email.

I usually go into the office about 10:30-11am after initial meetings anyway, so I’ll just keep getting fast food on the way in…it’s our food court cafe’s loss for choosing to use 365Pay’s! If you are a business, AVOID using this app!! You will loose customers you’ll never know about because they can’t register an account.

PIN number feature doesn’t work. So far, so good with reinstalling

The app seems easy enough to use. The biggest issue was trying to get into the app after setting a PIN number. After entering my PIN the app would give an error saying I need to be connected to the internet. I checked my WiFi and cellular connections. Turned off WiFi…no luck. Restarted my phone… no luck. I deleted the app and reinstalled. So far, so good. I’m just not using the PIN number feature.
