My cámara does not show up in my devices. It only shows up whenever I get back home and connect to the same WiFi it’s on. It’s frustrating and inconvenient
DO NOT GET!! Useless support
I want to get rid of this service… can someone’s recommend a reliable service since this one is obsolete and has ZERO support?
Bought the cloud option and have an issue with the camera not recording video, have written to their “support “ several times and have not heard a single word, enail or comment. But wait till our contract runs out and they will be writing every day! Useless support don’t get this app !
Unnecessary ads
Paying for a monthly subscription and adds keep popping up everything I open the app, very poor, if it don’t stop, will find another camera. No ads, review would of been a 4 or 5 star
