I am having so much trouble with this app. It will no longer scan the pages, if it does scan, the app immediately closes down. I can’t use it on my iPad or phone. I updated my iOS and still no solution. Closing every other webpage and app didn’t help. There is no help number/desk to find resolution. This is a fantastic tool that I cannot currently utilize.

This tool is great! Use it all the time and have not had any problems with it. Not sure why HSMemployee is having problems?
