An eligible 4Front Credit Union account and Online Banking participation and credentials are required to utilize the mobile banking application, as is a supported mobile device. Use of remote check deposit requires a supported camera-equipped device.
The app is very nice, I use it almost daily. I appreciate the financial tools and linking to other accounts you’ve added. There are only a couple of things that I struggled with and wished it worked better. The one that comes to mind is the sync in my financial tools, it stopped working and I didn’t receive enough information on why it stopped working to resolve the issue. I spent an hour or so chatting with support, because the support person did not have the resources she needed to help me. We eventually figured it out. It was the two factor authentication token, It would not send to my phone because my husbands phone was listed as primary. So frustrating as it did not give me or the support information this detail. We figured it out the hard way.

Decent app, great credit union

The CU is fantastic. They are super helpful, use technology well (Video tellers are great!), and are quick to jump on fraud. The menu could be better (move my money?) but once you figure it out it isn’t bad. The Bill Pay is a 3rd party service that sometimes takes quite a while to process and it is a pain if a check isn’t received by a payee. They fixed the issue with updating how many times in a month the debit card was used. Overall happy and very happy to have a local CU.

Fails miserably compared to the competition

I have accounts with other banks and credit unions and use their apps to deposit checks and pay bills with zero problems.Your “capture adapter” issue when trying to deposit a check through your app has occurred for several years. Complaints at the branch fall on deaf ears and those poor workers hear it all day long. If your customers truly are your priority then why give them a product they can’t depend on that has a problem you are aware of and then do NOTHING about it?We also had an incident of someone trying multiple times to log into our account. It successfully locked us out but we were never notified. Again, is that how you care for your customers?

Do not bother banking with this company. Do not bother getting loans through this company. They will waste your time and lie to you. I have been asking for my release of lien was told i would receive it by end of business day monday. went back to chat and after not receiving it was told that i was lied to and could not receive it until friday. Went back this morning into chat after being told i would be able to receive it friday morning first thing an was told that’s another lie. Now i am hopefully able to receive it by end of business day today but I wouldn’t be surprised if that was a lie too. expect lies out of this company and expect your time to be wasted. I hope to never bank with this company ever again.
