This is the first step!
4th Trimester is an exercise app specifically designed for women to help them get ready to return to their favourite exercise regimen after having a baby.
It provides a safe fitness program with a strong focus on building up strength throughout the postpartum period. The exercises are safe for women with a diastasis, pelvic floor issues & pelvic instability, more information on these conditions can be found in the app. We understand how busy and tired women can be during this period so we have designed a 7, 10 and 15 minute workout, to fit around and into your schedule. We want you to take control of your body and help get you as strong as you can be so you can care for your family and yourself.
Part of the proceeds from this app will be used to fund Women’s Health Education Network (www.when.org.au), a health promotion charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Their goal is to educate, enable and empower women to make informed choices about their health and movement by providing them with the best available evidence based information.
This update fixes loading issues on iOS 12 and improves support for newer devices.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
