Today, 5 Minute Gourmet has production facilities and tasting kitchens in Europe and the United States. We craft delightful foods that are bursting with wholesome flavor using clean ingredients that are sourced ethically and sustainably. Our award-winning chefs Rihards, Matt and London are working together with our nutritionist Tatiana to bring you recipes that not only tantalize your taste buds but also nourish your body and mind. Through our work, we intent to leave a lasting and positive impact on food insecurity, contributing to a healthier planet. We want to pioneer a paradigm shift in food retail, and in the ways people consume food.
