I so appreciate coming across this Tai Chi app. I had cervical disc fusion surgery and suffer from fibromyalgia and daily chronic pain. I miss being able to participate in martial arts or even go on extended walks. The app has been extremely easy to follow and there is music and a voice over you can mute if you want helps guide your breath. The 7 minutes is a length that makes someone in my physical condition feel like they've accomplished something. When I am finished with "relax" I feel centered, peaceful and my joints and muscles feel massaged. Learning how to breath slowly focused with physical movement helps me deal with pain a bit better. A highlight is every time I use the 7min Chi my cats loves to lay at my feet which makes it a little difficult to move but is pretty adorable! So I give the app 5 stars and hope there will be more offerings.

Trying to work a full hour - or even a 30 min session - of meditation or Tai Chi into my busy schedule can be difficult. So sadly, I ended up just not doing it all. These seven minute sessions are a great solution, can be done just about anywhere, and have enabled me to start a daily routine I can stick with... and yet not feel so bad if I have to skip one now and then. I have a time planned for each of the three sessions: Morning - Awake; Afternoon - Relax; Evening - Sleep Well. (The first session, Relax, is free. The other two are $2 each, which I felt was reasonable.) The movements in each session are easy to learn and can be used in other Tai Chi settings, at a group class, for example.My only recommendation to the developers: allow for three reminder settings - one for each different session - instead of just one.

I have always been into competitive sports. Football, Basketball, Tae Kwon Do etc…now as I have gotten older and realize those types of exercise were great when I was younger, I need to transition into activities that aren’t so intense on my body. Also, my job requires working at different times and I feel like my energy level often times is not where I would like it. In a nutshell since using this app for two weeks (especially the wake up exercise), my energy, mindset and patience has been much better. I am very happy to have found this app and recommend it to anyone beginning tai chi. I hope to advance to more challenging and useful workouts in the future, but for now this has been great!

I’m 74 years old, have been active most of my life till this summer when I broke my ankle hiking . Then I had hernia repair surgery. I’ve been so tired, back pain makes it painful to even stand. This morning I searched for tai chi chi hung for seniors and this came up. The first seven minute set is free. Even though back pain made it hard to stand this routine was delightful. The images are easy to follow, easy to perform, and feel good to do. I’ve tried several other exercise apps in the past few years that were overloaded with stuff and I ended up not using them. This one is simple and calming to use. I think this is a keeper.
