Save your money - crap app!

This is billed as a workout for woman and the demo videos show a man. And there is no instruction for how to properly do the exercises. All this app does is count down and sound an alarm when you are supposed to switch exercises. You could do the same thing with a simple timer and piece of paper.

No voice to tell you when to start or stop. If you don’t know an exercise you have to end the workout to watch the video instead of pausing it. Not worth it. I found free apps that are 4 stars.

Videos do not work

Videos keep saying internet connection even when data plan connected. Not worth the money at all! Waste!
