This application by issuing voice commands leads you through the entire workout from start to the very finish.
HICT (High Intensity Circuit Training) is a workout that is focused on effects. For the exercises you need only a simple chair or a platform. You workout just with your own bodyweight that’s why this training can be conducted by anyone regardless of skills and abilities.

We have the mobile app which we use at home and love it. This version is a major disappointment comparatively. It’s very primitive and poor quality. I would like a refund.
Not worth the price at all. You cannot stop a section and restart. Would like a refund.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with this app. You can restart whole exercise but you can't restart just one of them. I will consider adding it in one of the updates but you are a first person who asks for this feature. If you would like to get a refund you can do this through App Store.
