So I got to the point to be able to cash out, and then you have to wait for 7 days? Ok so I do the 7 days to be told my withdraw is not good, said my PayPal is not active which is wrong because it is used daily multiple times. You can’t talk to or with anyone so I have to wait another 7 days? This is just not right. Would be nice to talk with someone directly The even worse part is you go to their website to request someone to reach out and it says the method of contact is not supported. So I got a message back saying how to do the withdraw. Ok, let’s assume it was me. It wasn’t. Did it again, got denied again. This is a waste of time, I do enjoy the game it is fun but the payout is a joke. My PayPal is verified and active it is used daily on multiple areas, but they can’t verify me? Also no way to talk to someone directly they only reply here and that takes 4 days. Honor your time for the payouts because it is a false bill of goods you are offering

I have won $20 by playing matches with the $5 bonus money that was given to me to play. It seems you may have to deposit your own money to get anything out but I’m not taking that risk. Once you do deposit money, suddenly you’re a VIP player that can get instant withdrawals and unlimited access to customer service. If not, then forget it! There’s also the craziest rules attached to “binding your account “ to withdraw your money. Apparently if you have any other money winning games you play attached to the same PayPal account, you are a money launderer. I’m not detaching any of my other games that at least actually pay. This app seems fraudulent! If I’m able to actually get access to my winnings and actually hear a solution from customer service, I will change my rating and review. The game itself is very fun and enjoyable but the game’s practices are why I’ve given it a low rating.
