Do you workout before eating? If so, you might have found it annoying that the daily schedule kept the workout block together. Now that is optional and workout blocks can be disabled in settings. This allows you to drag workouts around independently of pre/post-workout meals.

Is it possible to add an option to count the number of pushups on knees versus toes? Also, part of make changes in life involve emotions. Possibly adding a free space to document the emotional changes a person also experiences throughout the process. A place to upload photos with the body measurements and maybe having a way to connect with others. Just some thoughts. Great app! I’ve been waiting for something like this.... one last thing, is there an option to delete mistakes? I accidentally added a new round familiarizing myself and I wasn’t able to delete it. Thank you!

Thank you so much for making this app!! I was dreading using up all of my ink to print the sheets out again to track my weights. I decided to see if anyone had developed any apps so I could digitally track instead and low and behold I found this! Worked perfectly to track my workouts and I love how you can put a note at the end. I think it will help me keep track of whether or not I modified so I can push myself harder. I went ahead and purchased this app because I know I will use it for the remainder of my 80 Days.

Needs a few extras!

App seems to be very helpful, but would love an added notes section. Also the ability to adjust where you have what containers would be ideal! It would also be nice to input what food you had for the meal under each container icon. Maybe add a way we can set times or keep track of times we have our workouts/meals? Also, adjustable calendars based on what day we started the program (ex: I started on Monday, so day 1 should be the 2nd spot of the calendar, not the first spot where Sunday typically is). Just a few minor things I thought of. I love how this app has all the workout information!!!!!! Super convenient!!

Thank you for your review and feedback. I've been hard at work adding some features based on your feedback as well as others.

You can now record notes per meal.
To help with tracking times, all completed meals now show the time they were completed. All incomplete meals show the suggested time interval of when to consume.
To help with days where you need to deviate from the meal structure, you can now mark an individual container complete within a meal.
