Very Untrustworthy

Getting a service like this means you’re running business and you need something that you can trust this application is very buggy and has a lot things wrong with it and customer service is horrible.

Unable to place call

The latest fix didn’t help. Still cannot place a call using iOS 14.1 and a brand new iPhone 12 Pro. Worked fine prior to new device.

Lots of bugs

I love the service and what the app does, however there are a lot of bugs that make it complicated and frustrating. For starters if I am on a call and receive a call from my regular number then I can’t hear the person on the other side of the phone neither they can’t hear me until incoming call stops ringing. Also when I try to send a message the app crashes and I have to re-do the entire text. App needs a lot of work. I am seriously considering moving to ring central
