Can someone tell me why this is happening?

So I downloaded this on my phone and I love it dont get me wrong but like nothing is loading when I search it and I can’t click on my profile. But when I did this on my laptop it worked just fine?!

Confusions with tracking and watching

This is app is only for keeping track of new episodes and other notifications from certain anime. It is not a place to watch anime but for only tracking what’s going on with them.

it’s alright yk 😭😭😂🧍‍♀️but the thing is when you clicked on something well for me is that I get a ad everytime I clicked on something in the app it’s very poorly designed they just threw pictures for the start of it I would recommend the website it’s much more better nothing loads when you type it in the search bar or even in the “Best Anime” Section. or even any other section
