Terrific!
This app is wonderful. It cuts to the chase, not busy, easy to use, and a snapshot of all my accounts activity. Most importantly, it’s reliable. It’s simple and non-cluttered. Congrats to the developer. Now, if LGFCU would move on to supporting Direct Connect 2 via Yodlee and software other than Quicken (Banktivity). Quicken for Mac is horrible and inferior to other similar offerings and has been for many, many years. Especially, the desktop version which is my primary source of use. After decades, I have no hope for seeing improvements in Q Mac. This week the company once again changed ownership! Hope the developer of this app could work on DC2 with Yodlee. LGFCU please give the go ahead. They obviously know what they’re doing!
Easiest Bank App
The LGFCU is the easiest online banking app that you’d ever want to use. You have to select your own four digit pin to use to open up the app to get to your checking and savings account. When the app is opened you’re able to see your balances with one glance. It is so easy to use especially for us senior citizens. Thank you credit union for designing this easy app to use.
Terrible service
I’ve sent in several messages about this app. It’s DEFINITELY not user friendly. Paying an 1800/month mortgage should not be this stressful. I’m currently with Bank of America and thought about switching but there’s no way I can manage my accounts like this . I just wanted to pay my mortgage each month on time and I’m scared every time I do because there is no way to automatically pull the funds from my savings to my mortgage without manually doing it each month and when I do there’s no confirmation email or text to let me know it posted the way it should. I wish I could do this automatically every month and not have to stress so bad about paying it. The money is available that’s not the problem, I just need an easier more efficient way of making my payments
