I was looking for a simple way to be more mindful and grateful when I stumbled upon this app from reddit. It’s awesome. It’s sometimes hard to remember all the good things in your life. I was just looking for an easy way to journal my thoughts but A Plan For Living has a lot more to offer. Happiness tracker, gratitude journaling section, mindfulness, daily inspirational quotes, and even new articles written by the creator each week. Give it a try, I’m glad I did.
From the happiness tracker, daily inspirational quotes, gratitude journal, daily intentions, to achievements, to the articles this is a very helpful app that I enjoy using daily. But I have realized, you get out of it, what you put into it. The streak tracker helps keep you coming back. 😎
It has so many great components that help me stay on track with... well, life. And keep track of my mental health, mood swings, goals. Its a reminder, a goal tracker, a mindfulness and gratitude journal all in one. It needs a little improvement but overall, great! Considering getting the pro version later on.
This app is crucial for the daily operations of my life. It assists and reminds you to be mindful, grateful and a goal-setter. It has also been a huge aid when dealing with some pretty tough times. I love this app and use it daily! I recommend it for anyone who is going through this rollercoaster of a life.
I really enjoyed this for the day or so I used it, but certain features just stopped working (e.g. spirituality/prayer) and the subscription option doesn't let me upgrade.You've got a good thing, if you fix it, 5 stars!
It won't let me sign up! I put my email in and it says it's already taken! So I try with my other email addresses and it still won't let me. (Even though I've never used this app!)
