A2C: Access2Care 4+

I am physically disabled and use a walker that has 4 wheels, hand brakes, a seat, and folds enough to fit in a vehicles trunk. 97 to 98% of the drivers have been very courteous and respectful. They even put my walker in the trunk for me and when we arrive back home they get my walker and any bags I have they remove from the trunk. I have been very happy and thankful for having this service on my health plan and the quality of the drivers and vehicles.

This is app is pretty straightforward. One change I wish they would make is a separate button for saved locations. Most people using this app will likely have several locations they need to enter. There is no good reason for a three step process: Profile> Settings> Saved locations. Moving it to the menu page would make better sense than where it is now, but the best option would be additional, separate button along side the profile button.
Another change I REALLY wish they would make is a tip option for the driver on the first leg of a round-trip. I always have two separate drivers, but I can’t tip the driver who gets me there who gets me there unless I have cash, which I seldom carry. I can tip the driver who gets me home using my Venmo, or debit card. I’m not saying that I want to tip two drivers, but I certainly will if each driver sure does a good job.

I downloaded this app to start using transportation services through my insurance. Initially, everything was great. I was able to schedule out recurring rides for the next upcoming weeks ahead of time. However, once I realized I needed to edit my time of pick up for some of the previously scheduled arrangements is when I started having issues! I was unable to edit and ended up rescheduling, eventually having to call in because dates were double booked. I had to cancel a few, but then the next problem I noticed was the arrangements set over the phone were not showing up, making me concerned they were not scheduled at all. Lastly, I tried multiple times scheduling new appointments and could not do so anymore due to an error. I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times, to no avail, the issue is not resolved. This is very frustrating, as I don’t want to call in all the time! I hope whatever the issue is can be fixed.
