HOW TO REGISTER
It is easy – if you already have an ABA card/account and registered mobile phone number with us, just download the app from your app store and follow the screen instructions to start banking with ABA. You can also take your smartphone and visit the nearest ABA Bank branch to apply for the service.

SERVICE FEE
ABA Mobile app is FREE for all the basic features. We may impose charges for certain services of the app. Please ask our staff for more details.

SECURITY
We considered your convenience and security as our top priority while developing the application. We ensure you that no information on your transactions or accounts details is stored on your mobile device or SIM card. Therefore, even if your phone is lost or stolen, your bank account is absolutely safe and protected. At the same time, we cannot guarantee stable and safe operation of the application on a rooted or jail broken mobile device or with customized (modified) operating system.

Daily activation?

There is something wrong with the app. There are only two options at start up: activate an account or open a new account. I have already activated my account yet when i open the app, it keeps asking me to either activate an account or open an account. There is no “log in for existing users” option. In order to do mobile banking, i have to keep “activating” my account. And so, I have reached the MONTHLY LIMIT for activating my account (because apparently there is a MONTHLY LIMIT in activating an account which is a measly 5 or so activations). And when i went to the ABA bank, the teller/bank officer didn’t know what to do…and there was no one in the bank who was able to help me I am stuck with this useless app until i get a new “activation limit” next month. So much for ABA mobile banking. This app is useless.
And i tried the chat function and the support agents are equally useless!

Post your banking information on facebook

ABA requires customers to post their private bank information on facebook messenger. The entire business of facebook is the selling of your personal information. I wouldn’t trust any bank that is this careless about their customer’s information.
Upon receiving your report is clear that ABA has no clue what Facebook is. Facebook’s entire business model is the collection of data on people and then the selling of that information. Why on earth would a legitimate bank handle their customer service though such a horrible method. You might try to keep my information secure, but it is Facebook that will sell your customer’s information. You make very poor decisions.
