Why geriatric cataract ads on a baby game?

One of the easiest improvements that could be made is that the letters and numbers could be named in the game when the child taps on them.

Besides that, why advertise to geriatric cataract patients on a baby app? The ads are not fit for children and easy to click on by babies, taking them out of the app and to the website of the ad producer.
