I love the preview letters and made the purchase to unlock letters e through z. I would love resolution on the problem before submitting refund request. The purchase is showing up in my purchase history.

I have purchased this game but the app will not allow me to restore. I try to purchase again and it tells me I have already purchased and would I like to restore. I say yes and it says that it successfully restored but then it says no it failed. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!'!!!!!!!!!

These games are awful and full of commercials. I have purchased it after my child requested it and now he can’t access the game. Fix or give a refund

Directions are not clear to children. It needs more voiceover directions.

Paid to “unlock all” didn’t unlock but took the money so my child can only do the same 4 letters.

This app is a scam. You pay to unlock additional letters and it never works but does take payment.
