Will be great
The company I work for recently switched from ABC to McKesson and I miss the ease of this app. Is it glitchy? A bit. Does it close down at random? Absolutely. However, I can order from home on a mobile ready app with little to no issues and also see what anyone else may have ordered. Also, if you have the choice between abc and mck hands down abc all day. They do make improvements to all of their interfaces regularly.
Unreliable at best
Scanning items and entering items manually is quick and easy. The interface is much nicer on the iPhone due to the larger screen than their supplied units.
However, sync issues make the app unreliable at best. Having to do multiple reworks because it didn’t sync onto the desktop ABC Orders is frustrating and a big waste of time.
Would be useful if it worked
I use an iPhone XS Max…yes it is up to date. The program randomly closes out on its own every 5 minutes or so. Now, I can’t even get it to log in so that I can use the program at all. This app needs to be overhauled badly! As it stands right now…it’s useless. Do better ABC.
