This app is really terrible. It randomly stops working and there’s nothing you can do. I’ve been having problems all week. Even overdraft because I couldn’t see my balance. I log in and there’s just a white screen. On two different phones. I deleted the app downloaded again and the problem persists. I logged in online and it’s not much better but at least I eventually came up and I was able to move money so I don’t get charged a fee. Something needs to be done. I’ve considered changing banks so I can actually see the money I have. When it does work the deposit check feature is faulty. Again something needs to be done or I’ll just change banks.

The check deposit feature didn’t work for a long long time on my Samsung Galaxy. Later, it stopped working on my iPhone, too. I don’t know if it’s working by now or not. I’ve had to just give up on it.
What was particularly annoying was that it stopped working during the pandemic, just when people really really needed it so they could deposit checks from home rather than go and sit in a long line of cars for up to an hour to deposit their check at the drive-in window. I would have thought that APGFCU would have given a very high priority to getting it fixed during that time!
Also for a month or so, I couldn’t log in. After I would log in, the first screen I came to would just disappear and I would just get kicked back out to the log in screen.
The app was working very well until recently. Now when I try to see my account summary, it gives an error message and tells me to call a certain number for assistance. I have tried to uninstall and install the app again without success in regards to my problem.
