This app is really useful target the right areas

This app is really good after a month of using this app I would let my younger brother punch me in the stomach when ever he wants no warning and still didn’t feel a thing. It really targets the solar plexus which is the upper part of the stomach and tighten it up.

Best Ab Workout App

I downloaded this, because I wanted to focus on my core more, during my morning workouts.

This app not only provides perfect ab workouts but also includes pictures and videos of how to do the exercises, and also includes full workouts in which you can follow along!

It’s super convenient, super affordable and super WORTH IT! 😝
