ACAC FITNESS & WELLNESS APP 4+

There was no need to replace the old ACAC app, which, if sometimes glitchy, was at least reliable. Ever since they unveiled this new version, we've had to register for classes using a web browser and/or calling front desk staff, who deserve vacations and raises for having to deal with members' endless requests, questions, and ire.

We've heard that the reason the app didn't work for the first week or so was because the beta testing was set up for just 100 users. Even individual clubs have more members than that. The entire rollout process has been riddled with problems. I've been literally staring at a loading screen with the logo and nothing else for half an hour. Deleting and reinstalling the app has done nothing to improve the situation. It's kinda like the ACAC equivalent of the blue screen of death.

Honestly makes you wonder what HQ is doing with our membership fees.

Why does this app keep signing me out and asking me to sign in? It’s not a banking app after all! Keep me signed in. Or at least integrate the app with face ID so that saved passwords can be filled in without me having to go look it up every time. You’re not supposed to use the same password across multiple apps so how can you possibly remember the password for every app that signed you out without Face ID or some other tool like that. The earlier version of this app was clean and good. Simple. You could look at classes in the past and in the future so if you like the instructor you could look for more classes by that instructor. You can see how busy classes are. Come on ACAC. You can make your app as good as your club. PLEASE!!!

Have been struggling with the app since the switch over. It rarely opens the group exercise classes as members have been requested to use to register for classes, and at the moment it is continuously refreshing itself, but not even loading correct info!

I’m finding this very frustrating and it is impacting my desire to sign up for classes and use the services as I don’t have ready access to a desktop version of the website.

I sincerely hope the app is updated soon to address these glitches.
