Same as the inspector app. - Garbage.

As I sit here trying to think up the words to describe this application, they only thing that comes to mind is inept. It simply does not work, it does not deliver what Accela claims. Functionality is non-existent. Good luck. Doing inspections on paper, and keeping an old fashioned file room for your work would be a better idea. My local government paid millions for something that we now have a third party coming on to try to make work. What a disappointment.

No Functionality

The app will not allow case status updates in the field. The uploading and downloading of attachments takes forever.

Needs work to be fully production ready

The capabilities are not close to what our organization needs. We've seen improvement, but it's not there yet after three years.
