Tap, for a perfect performance - AccompaU (a coined name from ""accompany you"") is a novel app dedicated to string players (Violin and Cello in current trialversion /Viola and Bass in coming updated version) that offers a variety of 1) music scores, 2) tutorial videos and 3) semi-auto accompaniments, and help all ""aspiring"" string players improve music performance.

1) Music Scores
Tired of having to lug around printed music sheets? Having trouble in finding music scores you are looking for? AccompaU offers digital music scores that you can see in your smartphone and are easily searchable and printable. In addition, many music scores on AccompaU are offered for free! Bach, Händel, Mozart, Beethoven... new music scores are always being added to the AccompaU score library.

2) Tutorial Videos
After getting your favorite music scores, why don't you practice while referencing AccompaU music videos? AccompaU provides you with two types of complimentary videos that will lead you to a better performance. PRACTICE VERSION videos focus mainly on how to place and work with your fingers correctly. In addition, RECITAL VERSION videos will surely give you more tips on posture, holding the instrument and bow, vibrato movements, and many other facets of playing.

3) Accompaniments
If you are interested in new experience during practice, or need to prepare for a recital, would you like to play with AccompaU accompaniments? For each music, AccompaU accompanists offer up to 6 types of accompaniments with distinct musical characteristics. Ryosuke (average and neutral), Yulia (powerful and aggressive), Franz (analytical and calm), Chenxi (melodious and meditative), Philippe (soloistic and improvised), Beatrice (harpsichordist)... Choose your favorite accompanist! Furthermore, in AccompaU accompaniments, you can adjust the tempo as you like, without distortion or pitch changes while setting “custom loops” to practice challenging section.
