I’ve used this app for 3 years without complaint until this recent update.

Ever since the new update that requires 2 factor authentication, it (not exaggerating ) takes 10 whole minutes to log in to the case log system. That’s 10 whole minutes of uninterrupted phone time. If the screen locks, gotta start over. If I need to respond to a call , gotta start over. I understand the need to up security with 2 factor authentication, but this is not it, especially if other apps are able to do it without this unnecessary burden

Annoying login

App doesn’t work with Apple saved passwords. Furthermore you need an email verification every time you login. Lastly, it signs you out automatically every time. So if you like to stay on top of things and log your cases daily, you have to get email verification every time. No text message verification option and it won’t save passwords or keep you logged in. Very inconvenient (no other app on my iPhone is this difficult to login into). Should add faceID or other secure login verification options.

Clumsy, slow and useless

As a surgery residents we’re constantly trying to be as efficient as possible with the minimal free time we have. As such we need solutions that are as quick and efficient as we need to be.

The interface on this app is outdated and frustrating to navigate. Inputting a simple case is unnecessarily cumbersome with far too many required step. I was previously using the Unira app to log cases which streamlined the whole process but now I’m stuck using this app.
