Recent update
I’ve been using Achieve Many year’s, Never any issue’s,Thankfully.
However,
I Am writing this HOPING THE DEVELOPER will read. For about a week, It kept saying on the App, something about it not being able to connect and check my internet.
My Internet definitely wasn’t the problem. I was still able to go and login with browser.
Today to my surprise, I saw it finally had an update. Which did fix the login issue, I was having and I’m guessing others that still use this
App as well.
Only issue is now when logged in, It just shows the list of recent amounts to the left but is blank for where it normally show’s when 1st logged in the place’s it was used.
Some of the Text font seems off as well.
I’m glad that it finally received a Update, and fixed the Login issue that was causing issue
But TO THE DEV, could you please reply? With how to contact? I can send you some screenshots of the way blank Area/section, I’m talking about.
Writing to achieve support has never helped in the past when I had any question, they would just (IF THEY EVEN REPLIED) tell me to call the Number on back of card.
Not able to log in
Been trying for a week to check my card to make sure everything is ok with my account, but haven’t been unable to contact support to report this problem. This is a serious issue and needs to be fix ASAP. You guys are playing with people’s money that doesn’t belong to you, and not responding to customers in timely matter is just disrespectful and rude. I will be looking to go further with my complaint until it fixed or report this company.
