Not impressed

I just started using the website to work toward my wellness premium for work. I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier. Both the website and app are horrible to try to navigate. I can’t even find on the app how to get to the part to get my daily points so I still have to jump on the website. The app and website both need to be way more user friendly. I’m a pretty techy guy and even created my own website back in the day. Both the app and website need major improvements to know where to go for certain things. For instance, I have to click on Rewards on the website to get to the daily articles for points. Why isn’t there just a heading that says “Daily Articles”? And to get my weekly 800 points, why isn’t there a heading that says “Weekly Points” at the top rather than having to scroll through and find Health Education first especially if not knowing that’s where it’s at. Make it simple!!!

Hi WVWTH, thank you for telling us your experience. To earn hearts in Your Health Education on the website, it can be found in both the Coaching and Resources tabs. From the app, it's within the Digital Coaching activity card in the Reward Center. For more help, please call us at 888-588-8741 and tell us you're App Store reviewer WVWTH. Thank you.

Fitbit stopped synching

The update that was triggered today broke the synch between active health and my Fitbit. The synch now button on my enrolled challenge used to pull down my Fitbit data with the previous version, but now it just spins without updating the data. I tried reconnecting the device thinking it might re-pull all the data but that didnt work either.

Hi Kate. Can you please call us at 888-588-8741? We'd like to walk-through this issue with you. Thank you.

Horrible user experience

The best thing about the app is that it’s slightly better than the web experience, which is non-functional.

I recommend that you spend more time testing with real users, going through task flows, and consider the “non-happy” paths. It took me 10 minutes to find and join a team on a challenge. And I work in IT on a team that designs apps.

Since you asked: There was a recursive link that navigated me in circles. I was prompted to add my team or company name after the slash in the url. I found my team and could view all the names but there was no interaction on that page to join the team, even though I was invited. It was a disjointed, confusing experience with no clear action to take on screens that had unclear purposes. For example(s.)

Developer Response ,

Hi LeftLeaner. Thank you for your feedback! We'll take this back to the team.
