Could be better
This app was pretty good until a month or two ago, when it stopped remembering who I am and made me login every time with user ID and password instead of just a PIN. Same thing happened to my wife. Maybe something related to an iOS upgrade? Who knows. But it is a royal pain.
The app is slow and cumbersome compared to similar apps from other banking institutions.

I do not have an account with another bank; so I can’t compare this to any other app, at least any other banking app. That said, when I have had a problem with the app (which was once, months ago) I called Actors FCU and pushed 6 which connected me to customer service. They have cordially assisted me and solved the problem within that single phone call. Compared to being a regular bank customer or membership in the other credit union, I am thrilled with ActorsFCU.
I found this app sufficiently useful until several months ago when it forgot who I was and will not allow me to log in with my pin. To add insult to frustration, it was also ghosting me when I try to log in with my user name and password on my mobile device. The only allowable contact was with my laptop, which is just not productive communication for an important relationship.
We’ve had a very sad break-up.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
