ACTPhoto lets users capture and upload a photo of their face to submit to ACT. Beginning in October 2012, students registered to take the ACT are required to submit a photo of their face in order to take the test. Students will upload a photo of their face using their phone's camera or using an existing photo on their phone. On upload, ACTPhoto will verify whether the submitted photo is in fact a face and notify the user accordingly. Before final submittal, students must accept the "Photo Agreement" in order to submit their photo to ACT

I deleted the App as I didn’t know I had to keep it and then my daughter’s photo disappeared from ACT website so I downloaded again and uploaded the picture again. I’m worried now as the photo upload date on ACT website is after the test date and test registration has disappeared. Worried that they will not accept her test now. Is there some type of tracking history for the APP?
It’s fast easy and simple.
I’m not understanding why everyone else is having a problem. I literally was able to upload a photo within seconds with no problem at all. Great app, not hard to operate. You have to be dumb as heck if you can’t manage to figure out how to use this app.
Works fine, but unnecessary
I only needed to upload a photo for my ACT, yet I had to download an app to do it. It felt pointless. The app itself worked fine for me, but I thought it would be much easier and faster if you could just do it on the site.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
