I am so thankful for this I recently returned to the church after 20 years of being away agnostic - no clear belief it took my father passing to realize I needed god and the church I was so lost but I feel I am missing so much and your mission is so clear and fills those spaces of loneliness and the feeling I am in this by myself not with my parish we all go thru the motions but I want more of god and my parish family people are so asleep we go to church it amazes me that people don’t even greet you as they pass you by unless they know you I am new to the parish and I make it a point to greet people and introduce myself even the Parrish priest and it’s a small Parrish thank you thank you thank you I feel renewed

Father Riccardo and his team of missionary disciples are a blessing from God! Their work is vital to transformation of catholics as disciples who have both a heart for God and heart for people. Diocese by diocese they are inspiring the bishops and priests, reenergizing their hope, hearts and passion for the gospel! Their creation of the Rescue Project has taught us catholics how to communicate the gospel in 4 words - created, captured, rescued and response. Love of God, the power of Satan-sin and death over us in our lives, the saving power of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection freeing us from Sin and Death and our appropriate response as rescued people to give everything we have to Jesus- our hearts, our lives, our possessions out of love for the one who first loved us.

Often I think of the strong faith of generations before us and I compared it now with so much information we have available and how little our faith is. I enjoy the message in Acts XXIX, it is consistent and clear. We are here in this specific moment in time for a mission (note to self.... don't lose sight of your mission). It is good to have information and understanding but we need to share it and help others and asks the Holy Spirit to guide us so we can do the will of God. We need to do our part, thank you for doing yours. Amy 🙂
