I’ve been a member of ACU since I came to Ft. Lewis in 1995. You have always carried me as I’ve learned as a single soldier and now as a father of three girls with all the family things!(ie cars,home,food,etc) It all came from you! I love this credit union as it is quite convenient for me near where I work. How about, this app makes life so easy and able to pay the bills and the credit cards so promptly. I will highly recommend this to anybody who has an account to go ahead and get the app so that you can perform a lot of functions while on the go.
This app is my one stop shop!

I love this credit union as it is quite convenient for me near where I work. How about, this app makes life so easy and able to pay the bills and the credit cards so promptly. The app used to be just fine. Now, not so much. -I have all my accounts nicknamed. The names of the account now say my full name and there’s no room left on the screen to show the nickname. -transfers take extra steps now-I just transferred money to all my accounts and the balance changed, but none of the transfers are showing up. Did I forget one? I won’t know until they all post. -I deposited a check and there’s nothing showing me it was done. My balance didn’t change, the check isn’t listed as pending. Guess I have to just wait. -the routing number isn’t listed in the account details anymore. I had to go hunt down a check to find it.-I’m suddenly getting daily emails with a balance alert. My husband has set up a daily text and has gotten it for years. I’m now getting his text as an email and there’s no way to stop it because it doesn’t exist in my account.
