Passion and perseverance for long-term goals, a dedication to get there no matter what and a willingness to build your knowledge/achieve mastery of the concepts required to become who you want to be. Gritty is here to help you achieve that.

The steps to achieve a goal are simple:

1) Have a clear strategic plan.

2) Break that plan down into the smallest units of actionable steps (e.g. taking a multiyear plan and breaking it down into what you do each year/month/week/day/hour which essentially creates your timetable and routine to follow.

3) Create a curriculum of required knowledge to achieve your goal, mastering each subject and filling the holes in your game.

4) Measure your progress throughout and adapt the short term plan accordingly.

5) Have an accountability partner, someone to tutor/coach you and guide you throughout the process and keep you gritty.
